Prerequisites : All required LGL 100-level Courses.Probe the causes of action and available defenses under the law of torts. It includes a detailed examination of intentional torts, negligence, and strict liability law. The interaction of decisional and statutory law in the development of tort law will be discussed, as well as the role of insurance, and the ethical responsibilities of a practicing paralegal.
