A grade of C or above is required in this course.Prerequisite: ENG 101Focus on technical writing skills, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and legal writing principles for Business Law. Students will become familiar with legal writing principles through numerous writing assignments. Students will draft, revise, and critique various legal letters and internal memoranda relevant to Business Law. Assignments will utilize legal research skills and proper legal citation format.
