This is an elective course for veterinary medical students and is a joint offering with Washington State University, College of Veterinary Medicine (WSU-CVM). The course introduces students to resources and important issues for identifying and developing focused areas in biomedical research. This course is taught using distance education technology with lectures by faculty from the WSU-CVM and USU-SVM. Prerequisite: Must be accepted into the veterinary medicine program Pass/Fail only
