Description:
The students in Chorus I will participate in a singing ensemble designed to improve their skills in sight-reading, ensemble blending and harmony. The chorus repertiore will consist of appropriate classical material as well as popular styles. The choices designed to reinforce the students' ability to perform in a viariety of settings. The students' sensitivity to harmony, tone and ensemble will be tested in a culminating concert. Opportunities will be sought to engage the chorus in community activates where appropriate.
