Description:
The students enrolled in Applied Voice IV will continue to take private vocal lessons. These lessons will temper their breathing, range, contro, tone, and intonation by refining the breathing and vocal exercises developed in Applied Voice III. The students will continue to augment their singing repertoire and clarify their sensitivity to music and lyrics by distilling skills learned in Applied Voice III and adding more challenging repertory to htier portfolio of song. The course will build on Applied Voice III by providing long term continuity of observation by a voice professional. This will enable stuents to solidify their performance technique and perfet their auditioning capability. Prerequisite: THEA1240 or concurrent
