This course offers an overview of the entire marketing process from the creation of products and services to the disposal of products by the ?nal user. Among the topics covered are: new product development, marketing research, product promotion (advertising, publicity, sales promotion and personal selling), consumer behavior, business to business and nonpro?t marketing, pricing the product and product distribution. This course is a prerequisite for most of the advanced level marketing courses. Offered fall and spring. 3 credits
