Description:

This course emphasizes oral practice to enhance correct usage, increase vocabulary, and improve style and naturalness of expression. Reading comprehension through literature or journalistic readings and grammar review are also major components of the course. Because much of the material covered in this course is not sequential in nature, students may elect to take SPA 204 before taking SPA 203. Required of all Spanish majors and minors. Prerequisite: Four years of secondary school Spanish or SPA 202, 204, 206 or 208 or equivalent. Offered fall and spring consecutively. 3 credits
