The course examines a variety of cultural mythologies such as Native American, Latin American, Nordic, Greek, and African to determine the meaning and signi?cance of these myths as they reveal human experiences. The use of myths, symbols and images are analyzed within the context of the cultural history and as expressions of profound relationships that humankind bear with each other and their surroundings.
