Introduces protocols and mathematical foundations of IntServ, DiffServ and traffic engineering. Covers mobility aware, channel adaptive and cross layer QoS assurance techniques. Students are expected to have completed courses comparable to ECE 6380 and ECE 6400 before enrolling in this course.
