The manipulation, construction, and experimentation of glass as a sculptural medium. Emphasis will be on developing technical and aesthetic expertise in glassblowing and related techniques. Exploration of the conceptual application of the material will be addressed. Students who received credit for 3342 prior to Fall 2010 may not receive credit for ART 2342. Prerequisite: ART 1306 or permission of the academic advisor.
