The fundamentals of nursing research are introduced and developed through the critical reading of research studies and their application to nursing practice. Students develop skills in the identification, interpretation, and use of research findings, and their application to evidence based practice. (Prerequisites: All required 100 and 200 level science courses, all required 200 and all 300 level nursing courses, NUR 405, and NUR 410; Pre-or co-requisite: PSY 208; Co-requisite: NUR 408, and NUR 435)
