Description:
The focus of this course is an individual research project that involves using survey research methodology. In this course, students select a research problem and develop testable hypotheses drawing from published studies. Students also learn sampling, measurement, data collection, creating a data file, and conducting data analysis using statistical software. Finally, students are required to participate in the Institutional Review Board (IRB) process and present their findings to the class.
