Focus may be on one ormore countries and may include a regional or global focus. Readingswill include both primary and secondary sources. Possible topics mayinclude: Communist China in Literature, Art and Film; Imperialism ofIsland Countries: Japan and Great Britain; The Silk Road; Women inEast Asian History, Society and Culture; etc.
