This course is designed to provide students with an introduction to the body of intellectual property law that governs business transactions. .The course will stress understanding of the various forms of protection that are legally available: patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade stress the suitability of one type of protections opposed to another , and how to make a sound business decision in choosing forms of protection that are appropriate for diversified enterprises.
