Methods and procedures used in the diagnosis of plant diseases, especially late spring and early summer diseases. Basic techniques of pure culture and identification of plant pathogens and Koch's postulates are taught. Diagnosis of a wide variety of diseases of cultivated and wild plants is carried out.
