Literature of groups that represent the diversity of authors writing in English with a thematic emphasis on cultural identity. With each offering, a different group is selected and may include postcolonial writers, immigrant writers, writers with disabilities, women writers, or writers from regions of the English-speaking world beyond the U.S. and England. The literature selected varies based on the instructor's area of interest and expertise. This course may be taken twice if the topic is different. Prerequisite: ENGL U101 and ENGL U102.
