Different categories of risk are discussed, and key factors for successful risk management are presented, including shareholder perspective, establishing risk tolerance, organizational models, implementation of the risk management process, and risk management solutions, roles and responsibilities. Emphasis is placed upon a broader and deeper understanding of organizational risk and techniques as well as applications that are essential for mitigation of these risks.
