This course provides candidates with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to effectively develop engaging evidence-based instructional strategies that increase participation of K-6 students in art, music, and physical education in the elementary classroom. Emphasis is placed on methods of instruction and creation of lesson plans that effectively integrate art, music, and physical education with other subject areas within the K-6 learning environment.
