The history of leadership theory in an organizational context will be emphasized, and social, historical, and cultural frameworks will be explored. Emerging issues in the field of behavioral science related to the work and structure of organizations will be studied. Issues of strategic planning, power, task, accomplishment and change management will also be examined.
