Prerequisite: BIO 102. Special Information: Lab Fee Required General biology and classification of insects with emphasis on local fauna. Entomological techniques, taxonomy and the relationship of insects to their environment are stressed in the field and in the laboratory. Lecture, 3 hours; laboratory or field work, 3 hours. 4 credits.
