The Junior Ethics Enrichment Seminar is a one-day experiential seminar that develops ethical decision-making skills. Students learn how to resolve complex ethical challenges and discuss the importance of character in becoming ethical leaders. Generally, this seminar will be completed on Leadership Day during the fall semester. Students who are unable to attend LDRS 311 on Leadership Day must take the course during the spring semester. Completion of the Junior Ethics Enrichment Seminar is a graduation requirement.
