Description:
-
An overview of landscape situations and species to apply to them. The aim of the course is to develop the ability to select species and species combinations appropriate to specific landscaping situations, including northern exposures, shade, salt, high exposure, zeriscaping, wet sites, ground-covers, flowering shrubs, bedding plants, hedges, and specimen trees. This is not a plant identification course (those are ORH2510 and ORH2511), but rather a plant selection and utilization course. English plant names will be emphasized.
