This is the second course of study of a two-course sequence in Probability and Statistics. Before engaging this course of study you should have completed Probability and Statistics I. This course is designed to provide you with a broad overview of the field of probability and statistics and a fundamental understanding of statistical reasoning. Topics include discrete and continuous random variables, point and interval estimation, and hypothesis testing. In addition to the online text, the course includes simulations, case studies, comprehension tests, interactive learning exercises, and labs that can be completed using different statistical packages.
