Veganism was relatively unknown a few years ago. Not so today. Yet, many cannot comprehend why anyone would choose to eat like that or, even more perplexing, why they are so passionate about it? This class explores the vegan movement and the reasoning behind the revolution that is waged with fork and knife. The five pillars of veganism #NAME? justice, animal welfare, and taste - will be thoroughly examined. We will be sharing eight meals together. Omnivores welcome. Course fee is $95.00
