Description:

Students participate in two weekly, student-produced, campus television news programs: "Express News," a short-format campus and current affairs news show and "Insight," a long-format news show that covers in-depth, student-oriented issues. Students research and write news stories, record and edit news packages, participate in weekly show planning, and serve as talent and crew for the weekly newscast. This course strengthens news production skills and prepares students to enter the workforce in broadcast news.
