Designed to meet or exceed the requirements of 14 CFR Part 141, Appendix K (9). The course will allow appropriately rated MEI Instructor Pilots to acquire the skills, competency, proficiency, resourcefulness, self-confidence, and self-reliance required to further their career and acquire multi-engine flight experience as well as exercising CRM skills in a LOFT setting. The performance criteria specified in the syllabus is based on the current FAA Practical Test Standards and Westminster Colleges' Standards. Prerequisite: approval of Chief or Assistant Chief and MEI.
