Using assigned readings, written assignments and other learning activities, peer advisors will develop their capacity to think about the complexities of public health and how to convey this to their peers in order to help them become successful university students. Through the practice of community building, communications and leadership skills, advisors will have the opportunity to encourage and empower students in the program to proactively engage with the field and their interests.
