This one-credit, Pass/Fail course is specifically designed to help veterans make a smooth transition in to the role of being a student at UMass Amherst. It will provide opportunities to develop the academic skills, habits, and approaches necessary for success at the University. Students will complete in-class and out-of-class assignments and will have an opportunity to hear from guest speakers from within the University and from the broader community.
