This course is designed to help students develop assessment strategies that correctly match objectives and instruction. The students are given a basic understanding of the statistical use of data for grade determination. Students will have hands on experience in designing and implementing various assessment (affective, cognitive, and psychomotor) and grading methods relating to physical education objectives. Students will also be provided the opportunity to learn how to design and implement lessons using up-to-date forms of technology that are currently being used in public schools.
