This course allows students in a seminar format to analyze, discuss and develop collaborative plans of care which reflect patients' needs through a case study format. Case studies will reflect the needs of patients across the lifespan and require management of both chronic and acute problems as they apply to patients in a variety of health care settings including acute care, ambulatory care and home care environments. Emphasis is placed on a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to the management of health care needs. Prerequisites: NURS 431, NURS 433. 1 credit
