Description:
Prerequisite(s): (ART 1110 and ART 1400) or (DAGV 1300 and DAGV 130L), and University Advanced Standing; formal acceptance to the Art and Design Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, or department approval. Provides the student of illustration a firm foundation to create simple to moderately complex 2D animations. Develops skills using animation basics including tweening, squash and stretch, anticipation, staging and timing. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits toward graduation.. Lab access fee of $35 for computers applies.
