In this course, students are introduced to the fundamentals of acting. Students learn about and understand tools (voice, body and mind) that actors must use in a performance. Students gain hands-on practice developing technical skills in movement, sensory perceptions, motivation, voice and diction. Practical application occurs through presentation of solo and multi-character scenes in the classroom.
