Focuses on assisting the LPN to transition into a new role as an Associate Degree Nursing Student. Emphasis will be placed on roles and responsibilities of the ADN, nursing process, critical thinking, legal and ethical issues and nursing practice issues related to specialized skills and the care of special populations. Prerequisite(s): See admission requirements for Nursing Program. Successful and documented completion of LPN program. Completion of N.E.T. meeting CURRENT minimum scores. Four credits.
