The front office is where a business makes its first and last impression on its guest and this class will engage students in the theories and practices to ensure unparalleled guest satisfaction. Students will learn ways to capitalize on each moment of truth with guests in order to meet and exceed their needs with the goal of providing exceptional customer service to ensure a successful hospitality venture.
