Description:
Prerequisites: MK 200 or MG 210 ; to be taken only in the final semester of the senior year Students, with the help and guidance of a faculty advisor, will develop and run their own theatre company. The class, operating under a specific budget, will choose a season of plays to be presented to the university. All decisions, including management, artistic direction, marketing, directing, and casting, will be made by the students taking the course. The professor will act only as an advisor and mediator to the students in order to give students as free a hand as possible to run the theatre company in any way they see fit. Specific guidelines will be imposed and monitored by the professor/advisor.
