Topics include recognition of uncertainty, identification of best opportunities for flexibility, and valuation of these options and their effective implementation. Enables effective and efficient adaptation to future changes. Students apply the concepts by working in teams on an ongoing product development project. Final product is an advanced, dynamic business plan for design and deployment of products.
