Stability of nonlinear partial differential systems. Asynchronous distributed computation. Concurrent Synchronization. Emphasis on applications to physical systems (robots, aircraft, spacecraft, underwater vehicles, reaction-diffusion processes, machine vision, oscillators, internet). Term projects.
