Outlines major challenges facing the management profession. Uses interactive exercises, simulations and problems to develop critical skills in negotiations, teamwork, and leadership. Focuses on practical application of these skills in a professional context. Introduces concepts and tools to analyze work and leadership experiences in internships, school activities, and fieldwork.
