This course focuses on oral and written communication practices covering the entire system development life cycle, including data, process, and user perspectives. Students will apply miscommunication analysis to various oral and written assignments, including system requirements, analysis and design documents, code documentation and on-line and printed user support. (Same as CS 255) Pre-requisites of ENG 2 and CS 106 are required.
