This course introduces the student to basic methods and materials of intervention for individuals with communication disorders. Materials used in speech-language therapy are presented using a "hands on approach." The decision making process involved in the development of appropriate long term goals and objectives will be explored as will the steps involved in lesson planning. With the approval of the department chair and the dean, Seniors may also elect certain graduate courses for undergraduate credit. Prerequisite of EDU 35J is required.
