This course is a "hands-on" application of basic economic principles in asset allocation and portfolio selection. Emphasis is given to macroeconomic and microeconomic indicators, and the ways they are used to make intelligent investment decisions. The course is also valuable for students interested in pursuing Series 7 and Series 63 certification. Prerequisite of ECO 11 or 12 is required.
