Cell biology covers ultrastructure, structurefunction relations, and the coupling and regulation of various processes in living cells. Specific topics include cellular energetics, regulation of metabolic processes, organization of cellular structures, and cell - to - cell communication. BIO 108 may be taken in the same semester as BIO 107. Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory. Prerequisites of BIO 103, 104 and Prerequisite or Co-requisite of BIO 107 are required.
