Project management is applicable to business, nonprofit and government organizations. In this course students learn to apply project management techniques to construct time lines and network diagrams, and critical path analysis. Also covered are interpersonal skills vital to managing cross-functional teams and the how to monitor project performance and take corrective actions to achieve objectives. Also offered as MBA 580.
