Information Systems issues that are important to all managers are addressed including those related to customer service, market research, financial management, product innovation, manufacturing, and knowledge management. The potential of IT to change the landscape of global competition, increase productivity, change industry structure, make markets more efficient, and alter a firm's boundary and competitive position is covered.
