This course is designed to aid students in the development and application of leadership skills. Students perform an extensive examination and analysis of leadership literature and engage in specific leadership skills development activities, including mini-modules, role plays, and self- assessments. A comprehensive community service project intended to further develop and practice real-world leadership skills is a major component of the course. Three hours of lecture.
