This course presents the fundamentals of semiconductor processing technology, including semiconductor substrates, microfabrication techniques, and process integration. Lithography, oxidation, diffusion, ion implantation, methods of film deposition and etching, metal interconnection s, measurement techniques, and packaging will be discussed.
