Designed to provide introductory knowledge and beginning skills in social-political lobbying. This course would be of interest to students who wish to gain better knowledge of how the political process is carried out, and how they might influence this process. Current and popular political issues will be addressed with a focus on local, state, and national legislative lobbying efforts. Students will have an opportunity to observe lobbying in process as well as consult with professional lobbyists.
