Examines computer control of electromechanical systems, automatic data acquisition, computerized instrumentation and testing. Also covers the embedded computers that might be a combination of microprocessors, micro-controllers, personal computers, and/or digital signal processors. Students are required to design, assemble, and test Actual systems. Prerequisite: ELEN 303. Co-requisite: ELEN 304 or permission of the instructor.
