The course is designed to provide the students with a comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) which are used to integrate an organization's operations and processes effectively and efficiently. The implications of ERP systems on organizational structure, processes, and people's working practices are discussed. Extensive hands-on experience with the SAP R/3 system is provided. Prerequisite: MGMT 300.
