Engineering concepts used to produce practical, efficient, and feasible solutions to civil engineering problems. Student design teams shall identify a real-life, open-ended problem in civil engineering and prepare a proposal that will include design constraints and concepts, methods, codes, requirements, and specifications. Consultation with practicing engineers and department faculty is required. Prerequisite: Senior standing.
